First Year

  • First-Year Seminar (first semester)
  • First-Year Writing (first semester)
  • Computer Proficiency (first semester)
  • Linked Cohort Courses (second semester - or, in some cases, third semester)

By 60 Credit Hours (end of sophomore year)

  • Speech
  • Mathematics
  • 1000-level Religion (first of two courses)

Third Year

  • Junior Cornerstone Seminar
  • Third-Year Writing
  • 3000-level Religion class (second of two courses)

These courses may be taken in either semester of the Junior year.

Senior Year

Senior Year Senior Capstone Seminar (fall, spring, or summer semester depending on college or school – see Senior Capstone Seminar FAQs for details).

By 128 Credit Hours (end of senior year) You will complete all other General Education 'Human Experience' courses for your respective degree.
