Before returning to her first love of teaching, Mary served as Vice President for Operations at Williamson Medical Center and then Director of the Center for Professional Development at Belmont University. When Mary isn't teaching , she is serving her church through music or cheering for her son's Auburn University tigers or her daugther's University of Tennessee volunteers.

jill.robinson@belmont.edu
It is no surprise that Jill scored a perfect 100 on the extrovert portion of the Myers-Briggs personality test. Most of Jill's career has been planning state-wide and regional programs for not for profits. Jill obtained her BA in Art from Samford University before returning to school to earn her Master’s in Organizational Management and then her MBA. Jill joined the Institute's team where she can celebrate others accomplishments in learning, as well as come alongside them to help create new programs that directly support executives careers. On most evenings you can find Jill working out at the local YMCA, which helps her pursue another passion: food and wine at our great Middle Tennessee restaurants.

Vicki is an expert in the kitchen and the garden. She is also a die-hard fan of SEC football, faithfully cheering on the University of Alabama's crimson tide. After earning a BS in Management at the University of North Alabama, Vicki worked in the insurance industry. While her two girls were young, she enjoyed the flexibility of being a part time Children’s Minister. Vicki reentered the full time workforce in an administrative position at an elementary school before joining the Scarlett Leadership Institute team.
Lindsey McCullough, Program Manager

lindsey.mccullough@belmont.edu
Lindsey is a 'neat nut' and you will be hard pressed to find an extra scrap of paper lying around her office. She graduated from Belmont University with a BA in Liberal Arts and loved the Belmont community so much that she decided to stick around. Lindsey worked in the Office of Admissions and the Office of University Advancement before finding her niche with the Scarlett Leadership Institute. Outside of the office, Lindsey enjoys cooking and singing.
Amy Irwin, Administrative Assistant

Amy's real title is Director of Customer Happiness, and she excels at doing just that. Amy is a Belmont alumnus with a BS in Psychology. She worked for the Tennessee Education Lottery Corporation for 5 years before returning to the Belmont community to work with the Scarlett Leadership Institute. When she isn't keeping our customers extremely happy, Amy is either playing with her two adorable children or fulfilling her artistic nature via music and art.
