Unrestricted Support
Unrestricted gifts are essential to the fiscal strength and stability of Belmont because they provide support for critical operating needs. Unrestricted support from alumni, parents, and friends provides a foundation for Belmont to grow academically and financially and helps the University by supporting student scholarship and updating equipment and technology. Most importantly, unrestricted support helps keep tuition down by bridging the gap between tuition costs and actual operating expenses.
Designated or Restricted Support
Designated support is also important to Belmont’s many Schools, Colleges, academic programs, scholarships, and capital projects. Alumni, parents, and friends are all welcome to restrict their annual gifts to any programs or area that they feel called to support.
