Here is how to make changes in your faculty/staff Telephone Directory listing:
- Login to your BIC account
- Click on the Resources tab (on the blue, navigation bar)
- Directly below the red, Resource Links title is a link to the Teledirectory Update Form
- The update page may take a few seconds to load.
- Please complete all fields on the form and click the Submit Change to Teledirectory button.
- You will receive an email confirming that your information has been received.
- If you find errors on the confirmation email, simply respond by return email with changes; otherwise, there is no need to reply to the confirmation email.
Your updated information will not appear immediately. All changes to the Teledirectory are reviewed by ITS before going live. Most changes appear within 24 hours...some delay may occur at the beginning of the Fall semester when the number of requests is large.
NOTE!: Student directory listings are NOT available to the general public for reasons of privacy. Students who need to update their campus phone listing should contact the Office of Student Affairs.
