Belmont University's benefits package is designed to offer flexibility and variety of choice. All full-time faculty and staff working 30 or more hours per week are eligible for benefits.

Employees can access their personal information from home or office through BIC.  You can see your selected benefits and deductions, pay stubs, view and print your W-2, change tax exemptions and see leave balances.  Click here for more information.

*Online enrollment is required for health insurance, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), and Health Savings Account (HSA).  In addition to the online enrollment for health services, a hard copy of the Open Enrollment Election Form needs to be completed for Dental and Vision Hardware Reimbursement enrollments. To download a hard copy of the enrollment form (click here).

Searching for In-Network Health Care Professionals and Hospitals
Humana has an extensive network. You can check the Humana Web site to see if your provider is in network by following these steps:  (If your specific doctor's name is not in the network they may be under the hospital or medical group name.)

Go to http://www.humana.com
Click on "enter Member Site" (middle of the page)
Choose either Physician/Specialist or Hospital option under "Provider Search" (right side of screen, scroll page down)
The "Employer Group Plan" option will be pre-selected
Enter a zip code and click "Go"
In the Network drop-down box select "Humana/ChoiceCare Network PPO", click "I agree to Humana terms", click "Go"
You can search by provider/facility type or physician name
(Please note: The site is search only at this time. Personal registration with MyHumana is not turned on yet)
