Performance Management Program Sessions
We will discuss the Performance Planning and Evaluation form from start to finish. The session will include:
- Job description updating and its place in the planning and evaluation process
- Specifying job functions and responsibilities, and related goals
- Assigning relative weight of responsibility
- Defining core competencies relevant to the specific job responsibility
- Developing and specifying improvement goals
- Conducting the mid year review
- Preparing for and conducting the actual performance evaluation
Each session will focus on those needs the participants want to discuss.
This will be an ideal time to bring specific questions and examples for practical application.
