The deadline for applying to the Belmont University School of Pharmacy is March 2, 2009All application materials must be received and complete by this date.

Application to the School of Pharmacy requires the following:

A completed PharmCAS application ( http://www.pharmcas.org ) including:

  • Official college transcripts from each institution you attended
  • Two letters of recommendation from persons who know you and your work ethic well
  • Results of the Pharmacy College Admissions Test (PCAT) examination (the PharmCAS PCAT code number is 104)

A completed supplemental Belmont University application including:

  • Supplemental application form
  • Application fee of $50
  • For international applicants whose native language is not English: results of the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL)
  • Supplemental application materials should be mailed to the Belmont University Office of Admissions, 1900 Belmont Blvd, Nashville, TN 37212

Applicant files are reviewed on a rolling basis, and selected individuals are invited for personal interviews at Belmont University.  An onsite interview is required prior to being admitted to the School of Pharmacy.

Please note that access to reliable transportation for travel between the Belmont campus and off-campus experiential education sites is required starting in the second semester of the professional program.
