The Clinic Performance Assistant works under the direction of the Program Administrator to assess clinic performance.  Specific tasks include learning where information is stored and pulling this information into usable reports.  Some information will be pulled manually from medical charts while other information will be pulled electronically using Siloam’s practice management system.  Qualifications: This person should be comfortable using calculations and formatting in Excel.  This person will need to be detail-oriented.   Benefits:  This person will be given on-the-job experience in data management and reporting.  This person will have the opportunity to analyze data and interpret it for management.  This person will gain insight into the operations of a charity clinic.  Schedule:  Flexible 5-10 hours per week – August/September – April/May.

The Collection Management unit of Bunch Library is responsible for the acquisition and cataloging of all new print and media items for the library collection.  The student worker position will assist with the daily operations of the Collection Management unit.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Physical processing – stamping and affixing labels and security targets to new items; sorting new materials in preparation for cataloging, Shelving periodicals, Tracking periodicals usage, Basic data entry of ordering information.  Work is fairly sedentary in a very quiet office and requires careful attention to detail.  Occasionally requires standing, lifting (up to 32 lbs.), pulling, pushing, carrying and climbing, reaching both high and low.

"Building a Culture of Kindness -- Beginning with Pre-K".  While our programs and materials relate to children from all income levels, our main focus is working with schools with low-income, high-risk children.  Students are needed to assist teachers that are using the Moozie Kindness Curriculum and act as a liaison to schools, assist with operating Moozie, the robotic talking cow, assist with the Moozie kindness traveling puppet theatre, assist in writing grants, work with getting the word out over the internet, teaching about kindness with musical instruments, assist teachers and others in developing early childhood kindness clubs, work with Autistic children in teaching kindness values.  For more info on this organization, visit www.ckn-usa.org
