Forgery and/or Furnishing False Information
Students and organizations shall complete university documentation honestly. Neither shall alter nor cause to be altered any records, forms or documents used by the university, nor knowingly use such an altered document. Neither shall hinder nor mislead, or attempt to hinder or mislead, a university official in the performance of his/her duty by providing false or misleading information.
